Everything is fine until I try to install it, then it says Failed to install a dependency. What is the problem? Or better yet what is the solution?

Try to install it once again, when the error occurs. Look and open the log file
      Windows: C:\Users\{user_name}\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\kodi.log
      Android:{storage}/Android/data/org.xbmc.kodi/files/.kodi/temp/kodi.log
      Linux: ~/.kodi/kodi.log
      iOS: /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences/Kodi/kodi.log
      Mac: /Users/{user_name}/Library/Application Support/Kodi/kodi.log
      OpenELEC: /storage/.kodi/kodi.log
      OSMC: /home/osmc/.kodi/temp/kodi.log
      XBian: /home/xbian/.kodi/temp/kodi.log
Or you can open from log viewer from indigo > log viewer. Look for the missing dependency file. Google it, you will be brought to kodi.tv page for the missing file. Then download the dependency zip. To Install the file, Home page > Add-ons > click Add-ons installer icon at top-left > “install from zip file”, browse for the downloaded file then hit OK. Done, you can try install Phoenix again. Hope this helps
