after enabling dloads to your desired location it is much simpler to open exodus,, click on downloads, click on movies or tv shows and find what you want to watch and click on it. done. you can also right click in dloads and add it to favorites so you can skip opening exodus all together for playback. you can also open your save folder (mine i created on desktop and named exodus) and play what ever you want on the computers default player thus bypassing Kodi for playback. best method is to open save folder, copy the movie you want to watch to a flash drive and play it on your smart tv. by going thru the save folder you can also chrome cast to your smart tv.

I’ve recently switched from Exodus to Specto, and am having trouble downloading files to watch offline. I’ve set up a directory location to save the downloads to, but every time I right click on the Download Item button, the file comes up as 0MB.

Unlike Exodus, there is no ‘Enable Downloads’ tab in the Settings menu in Specto, so I’m stumped as to how to make this work…have you got any suggestions for how to resolve it?
